Safety & Trust

Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is key. I hold a caring, nurturing, confidential space where children process emotions safely through their natural language: play.

Why Play Therapy?

Child-Led Growth

Weekly child-led sessions allow children to achieve insight and growth at their own unique pace, fostering healing and allowing the child to lead.

Nature Connection

Outdoor play therapy and being within nature, enhance resilience and wellbeing by connecting children with the healing power of nature.
